We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room we were upgraded to had a breathtaking view and was huge, clean, and beautifully decorated with a touch of old-style charm. The hotel facilities were great, especially the swimming pool which felt like a private oasis. The location was convenient, with plenty of tasty food options nearby and easy access to a convenience store and public transportation. The staff, especially the lobby boy, were extremely friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast, although we missed having bacon, we left with our bellies full.

Courteous and supportive staff, excellent ambience and location. Only 40 minutes from airport by train. Sky train station just 10 minutes walk away. Good breakfast buffet with American-ish and Asian choices. Large quiet room with good bathroom. Nearby food places and safe neighborhood.

During my recent stay at Mido Hotel, I had a small issue with the shower in my room. However, the hotel staff was incredibly helpful and quickly resolved the problem for me. I truly appreciated their prompt and friendly service.
